Terms of Use

Order Processing & Delivery
Omnivores Manila Inc prepares and dispatches all orders based on your selected schedule. While we aim to fulfill deliveries as close to your preferred time as possible, all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Orders are fulfilled within Metro Manila only.

  • Same-day and scheduled deliveries are subject to:

    • product availability

    • order volume

    • traffic and weather conditions

  • Our team will coordinate with you if adjustments to your selected delivery time are needed.


Order Confirmation & Payment

  • All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

  • Full payment is required upon checkout.

  • Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

  • An order confirmation email will be sent with the details of your purchase. A member of our team will also get in touch to coordinate and finalize your delivery schedule.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours via our contact channels.

  • We reserve the right to decline late cancellation or revision requests, especially for orders already in preparation or dispatch.

  • Approved changes may be subject to:

  • additional charges

  • adjusted delivery timing


Delivery Policy

  • While we aim to meet your selected time window, delays may occur due to:

    • traffic conditions

    • weather disturbances

    • rider availability

  • The recipient must be available to receive the order. Redelivery may incur additional fees.


Product Availability & Pricing

  • All items are subject to availability.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Delivery fees are calculated separately based on location (see Delivery Zones).


Serviceable Areas

  • We currently deliver within Metro Manila only.

  • Certain locations may still be deemed unserviceable due to access or logistical limitations. Our team will notify you if your address cannot be fulfilled.
